Easy to say, much harder to provide.

We have had the pleasure of having several real estate dealings with Gaby Piper-Crawley.
In February of 1999 we listed our 85-year-old home in New Toronto. Gaby negotiated us through two separate offers on our home, getting us a higher price than we thought possible. Her first hand experience with older homes, and home renovations proved invaluable.
With our home sold and on a tight deadline (we were expecting our second child) Gaby accessed our needs: price, growing family and commute times. Shortly after, we bought a much larger house in Oakville on a quiet Crescent.
In the fall of 2002 we decided to pursue an opportunity in Nova Scotia. Again Gaby was there to help sell our home. A concern of prospective buyers was a new development that was proposed for the property located directly behind our house in Oakville. Gaby researched the project and was able to provide accurate, thorough and detailed information about this proposed development. It was this attention to detail that sealed the deal.
Now we had to purchase a house in Nova Scotia. Gaby came to the rescue once again and recommended an excellent agent in the area of Nova Scotia that we were moving to!
Gaby has also provided us with practical advice and first hand knowledge on home repair and renovation. She has an excellent eye for colour and style and has on many occasions assisted us with decorating ideas and colour choices, to fabulous reviews.
We would, without hesitation, recommended Gaby to anyone looking to purchase or sell his or her home. If only we could convince her to move to Nova Scotia.
